Sports Day at EGT

During European week of sports, EGT students decided to join this European activity as every year. The idea of the project #BEACTIVE is to encourage young people to exercise and live in a healthy way, not only during this week, but during the whole year and life. On Tuesday, September 25, 2018, students competed for their classes in various disciplines such as basketball, jumping, relay, bends, obstacle course, plank and medicine ball throw.
The favorite discipline was workout training, which was prepared by members of organization Back to Elements in Tisovec – Erik and Marcel, thank you! Sunny, but cold weather and energetic music that naturally goes with sports helped us to do our best. The achievements and efforts of students were heroic and the mission of the #BEACTIVE project was completed.

Športový deň na EGT

V rámci Európskeho týždňa športu sa aj EGTáci chopili iniciatívy a aj tento rok sme sa rozhodli aktívne zapojiť do tejto celoeurópskej aktivity. Poslaním #BEACTIVE je nabádať mladých ľudí k pohybu a zdravému životnému štýlu nielen počas tohto týždňa, ale aj počas celého roka a života.
V utorok 25. septembra 2018 žiaci súťažili za svoje triedy v rôznych športových disciplínach ako hod na kôš, skok do diaľky z miesta, štafeta, zhyby, hod medicinbalom, výdrž v planku či prekážková dráha. Azda najkladnejšie žiaci hodnotili súťaženie formou workoutových aktivít, ktoré pripravili členovia občianskeho združenia Back to Elements v Tisovci Erik a Marcel - za čo im ďakujeme.
K aktivite nás povzbudzovalo síce chladné, ale pekné slnečné počasie a hudba, ktorá k športu akosi patrí. Niektoré výkony žiakov boli doslova heroické a poslanie #BEACTIVE bolo naplnené.
Víťazom srdečne blahoželáme a už teraz sa tešíme na podobnú akciu budúci školský rok!
